Since 2009, La Cocina has served traditional Tex-Mex fare with a coastal twist in a fun, festive atmosphere. We prepare all of our dishes from scratch using the freshest ingredients available.
La Cocina is nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, in Seacrest Beach.
Menu highlights include Tacos de Camerones with grilled shrimp, shredded lettuce, habeñero pickled onions, and feta cheese; the Pollo Fundido with shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream (chimichanga style) topped with cheese; the Lobster Quesadilla with lobster, crab, shrimp, and cheese topped with chipotle aioli and fruit salsa.
Our full bar and friendly staff offers some of the best drinks along 30A, including house-made mojitos, sangria, and a selection of fresh squeezed lime margaritas.

Meet The Team
Sarah Hampton / General Manager
Sarah and her husband Will moved to the gulf coast from Memphis in January of 2016. She has been in the restaurant industry for twenty years, spending the last eleven years at Brookhaven Pub & Grill (La Cocina’s sister restaurant in Memphis) as a server, bartender and most recently as the general manager.
Leaving the restaurant she has called home for so long was not an easy decision, but Sarah knew she couldn’t pass on the opportunity to be the GM at such a successful restaurant on 30A and to work with the great staff at La Cocina. With her extensive experience serving great food and drinks in a fun and inviting atmosphere, Sarah feels right at home at La Cocina.
Sarah is a native of Munford, TN and a graduate of the University of Memphis. In her time away from the restaurant, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with their two dogs, Mia and Lola.
